Shipping Policy
This policy explains how E-Hookah Vapes ships orders of our vapes. It applies to every order placed on ehookahvapes.com.
Where we ship
E-Hookah Vapes ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally and we cannot forward orders to freight, mail, or package-consolidation services outside the US. Some states restrict or prohibit the shipment of vapor products; if your delivery address falls in an area we cannot ship to, we will contact you and cancel that part of the order before it goes out.
Age requirement
You must be 21 or older to order from E-Hookah Vapes. Our products contain nicotine and are sold to adults only. By placing an order you confirm that you and the person receiving the package are at least 21 years of age.
Order processing
Orders are reviewed and prepared for dispatch on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. We aim to dispatch promptly, but processing time can vary with order volume. We do not promise same-day dispatch or a guaranteed cutoff time.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on orders over $80 (based on the cart subtotal before any taxes or fees). Orders at or below $80 are charged a small flat shipping fee, which is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. If a refund or item removal brings your subtotal below the free-shipping threshold, standard shipping rates may apply.
Standing discount
Orders with a subtotal of $150 or more automatically receive 10% off — no coupon code is required. The discount is applied at checkout before you confirm. If a refund or item removal brings your subtotal below $150, the discount may no longer apply.
Delivery estimate
Most US orders arrive within a few business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Distance, weather, and carrier delays can all affect when a package arrives.
Payment
E-Hookah Vapes accepts secure card payment at checkout. Your order is paid online when you place it, and ships once payment and age verification clear. The available payment methods are shown at checkout before you confirm.
Age verification and compliance
Because our products are sold to adults only, we confirm you are 21 or older at checkout, and an order may be subject to an additional age-verification check before it ships. Where state law or the carrier requires it, an adult (21+) signature may also be requested at delivery — please make sure an eligible adult is available to receive the package.
E-Hookah Vapes ships vapor products in line with the federal PACT Act and applicable state rules: we verify age before sale, use carriers permitted to deliver vapor products, retain shipment records as required, and do not ship to states or localities where delivery of vapor products is prohibited.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address, including unit or apartment number, before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before the order is dispatched.
Undeliverable and refused packages
If a package cannot be delivered — for example, because no eligible adult is available to receive it where a signature is required, the address is invalid, or delivery is refused — the carrier will follow its re-attempt and hold procedure and may eventually return the package to us. If a returned package reaches us, we will contact you to arrange a re-ship or to resolve the order.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information so you can follow your shipment's progress. Tracking details are shared after dispatch and may take time to update as the carrier scans the package.
